**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee daily construction activities at the site to ensure progress and compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect and review work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site to create a safe working environment.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction.
- Manage and control material stock and resources to prevent wastage.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in site management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
