**Responsibility**

Ø Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

Ø Answer questions about products or the company

Ø Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Ø Direct prospects to the marketing team when needed through proper channel

Ø Enter and update customer information in the database

Ø Take and process orders in an accurate manner and achieve your monthly target

Ø Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Ø Reporting to the sales manager about the telesales report

**Requirement**

Gender: Married Female (within Madurai)

Education: Any Degree

Experience: 0-1 years

**Salary**: 9,000 to 12,000 per month + Incentives

Job Location: Madurai
Skills: Communication skills, Strong Analytical skills
