**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE**

- Work Timing : 9.00 am - 6.30 pm
- Location : Jayashree Spun Bond (office)

**Qualification -** MBA in Marketing / BBA in Marketing / Any degree
- To handle sales with existing clients
- To Qualified leads into sales opportunities
- To seek new business opportunities in the new markets
- To get customer’s requirements and execute the orders as per customer requirements.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Set up meetings or calls for prospective clients.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

**Desired skills and Experience**
- Excellent communication Skills in English and negotiation skills.
- Basic MS office Word, Excel spreadsheets, PPT skills & ability to work
- To have Good Negotiating skills
- Prior work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g., inbound, outbound, field sales)
- Experiencing in supply chain and logistics management will be an added advantage.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software.

**Package**
- CTC: Rs 2 LPA - 3 LPA depending upon the experience and work efficiency.
