**MIAL - Airport Compliance Officer**

**Job description**

1. Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for spa and wellness services at the airport.

2. Maintain an organized inventory system for wellness products, spa equipment, and other essential supplies.

3. Oversee management, maintenance, and scheduling of fleet vehicles for staff transport and operational requirements at the airport.

4. Keep accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.

5. Maintain communication with airport authorities to ensure compliance with airport policies and guidelines.

6. Ensure compliance with aviation security standards, including BCAS guidelines, ICAO, and AVSECO requirements, and other relevant regulations.

7. Manage the issuance of Airport Entry Permits (AEP) for employees and contractors, ensuring up-to-date credentials.

8. Ensure employees and contractors have appropriate security clearances for restricted airport areas and maintain valid AEPs.

9. Conduct regular security audits and compliance inspections in line with airport regulations.

10. Stay informed about changes in aviation security regulations and ensure compliance with updates.

11. Monitor security risks related to spa operations and coordinate with airport security teams for incident response.

12. Design and deliver security training programs for spa staff, covering access control, identification verification, and emergency response.

13. Keep staff updated on the latest security policies and regulatory changes through regular training sessions

15. Ensure compliance documentation is available for internal and regulatory review.
