2. Develop lesson plans and materials tailored to learners' needs and objectives.

3. Provide feedback and guidance to improve pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

4. Foster a supportive learning environment to encourage participation and confidence.

5. Assess learners' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

6. Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and resources.

7. Collaborate with HR to identify training needs and evaluate effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, education, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an English language trainer.

3. Strong command of the English language.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

6. Patience and empathy in assisting learners.

7. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and levels of proficiency.

Pay: ₹20,151.98 - ₹44,731.51 per month
