**The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to**:

- Undergo a Train the Trainers Program of 2 days for developing a thorough understanding of the Blended Learning module and teaching pedagogy
- Conducting Instructor Led Training sessions at the training center.

Train a group of approximately 30 learners on functional English using digital content
- Ensuring online learning and practice sessions using Words Worth mobile app

Ensure that language proficiency of all the learners improve by 1 CEFR level
- Analyzing improvement and progress by recording/collecting data in the prescribed formats.
- Ensuring over 90% attendance and 100% usage of the mobile app by the trainees
- **Qualification & Experience**: Masters or Graduate with minimum two years of teaching experience

**Required Skills**: A Pleasant Personality with Excellent written and verbal communication.

Remuneration : Rs. 27,000 to Rs. 29,000 per batch of 90 to 100 hours

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
