**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations including **accounts payable, accounts receivable**, and **general ledger** entries.
- **Process invoices, receipts, and payments** accurately and on time.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare **financial statements and reports** for management review.
- Ensure proper **tax compliance** and timely filing of returns.
- Support **month-end and year-end closing** activities.
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing **budgets** and **financial forecasts**.
- Coordinate with **external auditors** during annual audits.
- Contribute to **financial analysis** and support decision-making for improving profitability.

**Requirements**:

- **Age**: 20 to 35 years
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- **Experience**: Minimum **2+ years** in an accounting role; experience in the **courier or logistics industry** is preferred
- Proficient in **accounting software** and **Microsoft Excel**:

- Good understanding of **accounting principles** and **tax laws**:

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong **organizational**, **time management**, and **problem-solving** skills
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal** skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of **Tally** or other accounting software is a plus
- **Background verification will be conducted. You will be required to provide an experience letter from your last company, and we may contact your previous manager for verification**.
