Delhi, India pratibha Career Counselling and Learning centre Full time

Graduate in Psychology or Social Work with minimum two years’ work experience in counselling or working with Youths/adolescent Programme/Mental Health settings/Social work projects.

Ø To provide counseling services to youths enrolled at the Centre along with guidance on career prospects and mentoring.

Ø To mobilize and ensure the enrollment of students at the Centre.

Ø To create Liasioning with Nearby Schools and Colleges about Pratibha and sensitize youths to enroll at the Centre.

Ø To create awareness about the Pratibha Centre through networking with various stakeholders involved.

Ø Manage Subscription/renewals of various sources like Magazines/ Newspaper/Articles/Digital contents services at the Centre.

Ø The counsellor will be responsible for taking individual and group sessions of members enrolled with the Library with the purpose of guiding and motivating them.

Ø The counsellor shall also be responsible for facilitating and support the members and guide them through the preparation.

Ø The Counsellor would be responsible for management of the centre especially record keeping and documentation.

Ø The counsellor will facilitate stakeholder meetings and would also prepare a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure that the issues related to operations are looked after.

Ø Prepare plan for the various recruitment vacancies and facilitate through regular classes to students.

Ø Assess students’ skills to determine their needs and to counsel them to prepare for the eligible vacancies.

Ø Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one, as need be and also ensure their progress and done regular follow ups.

Ø Assigned and attend all meetings & participate in the recommended training programs, conferences etc.

Ø Conducting workshop/training session with Teachers, students and Parents as per the requirement/need.

Ø Any other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
