Job Title: Admission CounsellorLocation: Laxmi Nagar Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: Fresher (0–1 year)Job Role:The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in understanding our programs, handling admission queries, and ensuring smooth enrolment into various stock market training courses.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.- Counsel students about courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.- Maintain proper records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM/Excel.- Coordinate with the academic team to schedule counselling sessions, interviews, or demo classes.- Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.- Provide accurate information and a positive experience to every prospective student.Required Skills & Competencies:- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).- Confidence in telecalling and counselling.- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.Eligibility:- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).- Freshers are welcome to apply.- Candidates with prior counselling/telecalling experience will be an added advantage.Salary & Benefits:- Attractive fixed salary (as per industry standards).- Incentives based on performance & admissions achieved.More information about this Admission Counsellor JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Admission Counsellor jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Admission Counsellor job position?
