Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Role:
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in understanding our programs, handling admission queries, and ensuring smooth enrolment into International Spoken Languages courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.
Counsel students about courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Confidence in telecalling and counselling.
Eligibility:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior counselling/telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
