**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lease training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Design, develop and deliver training programs for the lease team at all levels
- Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, production and other stakeholders to identify training needs, design training strategies, courses and collateral that align with business goals
- Create training materials such as handouts, videos, presentations, etc.
- Use a variety of training methods such as classroom training, on-the-job training, and e-learning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and report on the progress of employees who have undergone training
- Provide feedback to employees and management on training effectiveness and any areas of improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lease and corporate training
- Develop and maintain an organizational knowledge base that includes information on processes, procedures, best practices, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps
- Create and manage a knowledge sharing system to facilitate the exchange of information across the team
- Develop and implement processes for capturing and storing knowledge, including documenting standard operating procedures and best practices
- Train and support employees on how to use the knowledge sharing system and other knowledge management tools

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification would be a B.Com/BBA/MBA
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or even better, lease process trainer
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for employees at all levels
- Excellent written English, communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies, a plus

Location-Mohali

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
