We are a **Royal Enfield Dealership** in Dehradun and we are looking for **Insurance Executive**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and monitor upcoming vehicle insurance expirations and ensure timely communication with customers for renewal processing.
- Prepare and send insurance renewal notices to clients, providing them with all necessary information regarding their policy expiration, renewal options, and premium payments.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain updated quotes and renewal terms for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues related to insurance coverage, premiums, or claims.
- Guide customers through the insurance renewal process, ensuring they understand their options and the necessary steps for renewal.
- Maintain accurate records of all insurance renewal transactions, including client communications, quotes, and policy details.
- Prepare and update insurance renewal reports using Microsoft Excel and portal, ensuring that all relevant data is organized and accessible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
