**Now Hiring: Site Sales & Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location: Lohegaon, Pune**

We are a growing real estate organization with commercial and residential projects in Lohegaon. We're looking for dynamic, driven individual to join our on-site team.

Role: Site Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer walk-ins and deliver detailed site/project presentations
- Build and manage relationships with channel sales partners
- Update and manage leads through CRM software, ensuring lead status tracking, notes, and follow-up scheduling
- Monitor and assist with digital marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Maintain organized daily reports on inquiries, visits, and conversions via CRM
- Coordinate closely with internal teams for timely communication and responses to client queries

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English
- Smart, confident, and customer-focused
- Familiarity with social media and basic digital tools
- Experience with CRM tools/systems is highly preferred
- Graduate minimum, MBA preferred
- Experience : 0 - 5 years.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) will be a big plus.
