IT Expert for Microsoft Cloud Collaboration Services

**Aufgaben**:

- Ensure the smooth operation of global internal Communication & Collaboration IT services
- Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft M365 (incl Teams) and Intranet via SAP Work Zone
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary changes through the whole lifecycle according to ITIL
- Perform preparation tasks, impact analyses and documentation tasks of related to new features and changes for administrators and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals.
- Support end-users in the effective use of communication and collaboration tools (2nd / 3rd Level)
- Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems
- Collaborate as part of a one global IT Comm. & Collab service team

**Qualifikationen**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Job Experience: 2-4 years in related fields
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and proven experience in handling service management tools like Service Now
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g.Microsoft certified and or ITIL certified)
- Teams Phone experience (AutoAttendant, Call Queue) benefitial
- Strong global communication and collaboration skills
- Fluently English in spoken and written words
- Powershell scripting is a desirable
