Roles & Responsibilities**:Inventory planning for the brand which sells across various channels viz. e-commerce D2C website, marketplaces, quick commerce, offline channels to both B2C and B2B customers.**generate monthly OTB and track inventory levels & inventory health for the brand**create tools for monthly inventory forecast and plan inventory basis that working closely with the internal Tech Team**define complete inventory planning and ordering cycle and minimise inventory OOS and spoilage**season planning for the brand**measure impact on business in terms of loss of business and working capital requirements**plan inventory allocations to various channels and locations to optimise inventory utilisation and logistics costsExperience & Qualification**:Professional Credentials: MBA, MFM (or equivalent)**Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in FMCG inventory planning with overall 5-7 years of experience**Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modelling)**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions**Strong problem-solver with the ability to analyse complex financial information share actional business insights**Experience of working at a start-up is a plusLocation:HSR**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
