Job Description
- Maintain stock level in the respective product category/counter as per Ideal - by regular purchase and ordering of best selling designs & new designs as per market dynamics too.
- Achieve targets for Filled rate set by management
- Achieve targeted Match Rate set by management.
- Control Stock Ageing.
- Creating a list of Best/Fast sellers and ensuring that such SKUs are available in stock always.
- Encourage Vendors to come up with new collections, product lines, designs.
- Innovation of new designs.

- Periodical product training of the sales/counter staff to enhance their sales skill.
- New Product Launches /Do Product Planning for short time and long terms.
- Negotiate with new vendors for labour charges and timelines for customer order.
- Ensuring smooth and timely movement of BO - stock to store and vice versa.
- Facilitating the Return To Vendor stock movement with vendors.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
