**Job Summary**:
Seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy, planning, compliance, and risk management. The role involves overseeing budgeting, fundraising, audit, taxation, cash flow, and financial reporting while ensuring long-term business sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Risk and investment management
- Taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Fundraising and managing capital structure
- Monitoring KPIs and cash flow
- Leading the finance team and vendor relationships
- Reporting and financial analysis

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience in financial leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of tax, audit, budgeting, and capital raising
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP, MS Office, and Advanced Excel
- Experience with listed companies preferred
- Agrochemical industry experience is a plus
