A store coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth inventory management, maintaining stock levels, coordinating staff schedules, addressing customer concerns, and upholding company policies to achieve sales targets, all while prioritizing efficient and accurate store operations; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all store-related activities and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities of a store coordinator may include: Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and initiating reorders to maintain optimal inventory Receiving deliveries, checking for accuracy, and processing stock updates Managing stock rotation to ensure freshness and prevent expiry Conducting regular inventory checks and addressing discrepancies Sales Operations: Supporting sales associates in achieving sales goals and addressing customer inquiries Managing point-of-sale (POS) operations and ensuring accurate transactions Implementing promotional strategies and managing in-store displays Staff Management: Creating and maintaining staff schedules to optimize labor costs Providing training and coaching to sales associates on product knowledge and customer service standards Addressing employee concerns and performance issues

Age limit 18 to 30

Pay: ₹10,672.79 - ₹39,859.10 per month
