**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and handling of all store items.
- **Material Receipt & Issue**:

- Receive materials from vendors and verify quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
- Issue materials to departments or sites as per indents and maintain issue registers.
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts teams for delivery and billing discrepancies.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs, stock registers, and bin cards.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports with management.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit standards.
- **Store Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area.
- Ensure timely reordering of materials to avoid stockouts.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving items and suggest disposal actions.
- **Team & Vendor Coordination**:

- Supervise store helpers/laborers and assign daily tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth logistics.
- Handle material return processes (rejections/damaged goods).
- Typical management of available inventory, management of stock. Inward and outward movement of machinery and material and maintenance of store

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
