- Review loan agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with lending policies and regulations.
- Recommend loan approvals or denials based on credit analysis and underwriting guidelines.
- Communicate loan decisions and terms to applicants and provide guidance on loan options.
- Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and other internal teams to expedite the loan approval process.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on lending regulations, industry trends, and market conditions.
