**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically develop and maintain multiple channels for lead generation to create partnerships.
- In the student TG, build and strengthen relationships with college administrations, faculty, and student bodies to facilitate the ArthNirmiti initiative.
- Oversee the successful execution of financial literacy programs, workshops, and events in collaboration with partners.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports on engagement levels, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partner engagement and program delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the partnership and execution phases.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and innovation within different sectors.
- Ensure compliance with both the foundation’s and partnering institutions’ standards and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, partnership building, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage lead generation channels.
- Proven experience in managing institutional partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Agile and strategic thinker with a penchant for detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in educational programs, especially within the financial literacy domain.
- Experience working in/with the education sector, particularly higher education institutions.
