We are currently operating from four state-of-the-art clinics in _Delhi_, _Noida, Chandigarh, and Gurugram_

Since we started in 2016- Through a team of trained Chiropractors and Physiotherapists we have helped more than 20000 people with their pain and Injuries. We are currently offering chiropractic care, physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, and fitness studio (Yoga therapy & clinical Pilates), with goals to expand to other healthcare services. We are a well-experienced team of therapists and accessory staff where we challenge the conventional wisdom of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and treatments.
- Utilize strong sales and marketing skills to promote clinic services, packages, and products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Handle billing, insurance verification, and process payments accurately.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presents a positive image of the clinic.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, ideally within a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
- Ability to effectively promote and market clinic services and products to potential clients.
- Understanding of medical terminology and previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, record-keeping, and office tasks.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy in administrative duties.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; additional coursework in marketing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or sales role within a medical or clinical setting is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
