Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist at our esteemed clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors to the clinic.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
2. Patient Coordination:
- Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy in records.
- Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and documentation.
- Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely and seamless transitions between different areas of the clinic.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling system.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure optimal appointment scheduling and efficient use of clinic resources.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communication to patients.
4. Billing and Administrative Support:
- Process payments, verify insurance information, and provide assistance with billing inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records related to patient transactions.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to support various clinic operations.
5. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff to facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures, particularly in aesthetic medicine.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
