**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential customers in sectors such as automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and IoT.
- Promote the company's PCB assembly services, including SMT, through-hole, and box-build capabilities.
- Understand customer technical requirements and provide tailored solutions with support from engineering teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, engineering, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs for product and service improvement.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM systems and prepare sales reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
