**Job Title: Sales Advisor**

**Location**: Gurgaon sec 18
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
**Experience Required**: Domestic Sales Experience (Minimum 1-2 years)
**Gender Preference**: Males Preferred
**Education**: Graduation (mandatory)
**Language Proficiency**: Excellent Communication in English

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Process Management**:

- Conduct product presentations, answer customer queries, and highlight the benefits and features of the offerings.
- Close sales by effectively handling customer objections and following up on leads.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business opportunities.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Promote additional services and products, ensuring cross-selling and upselling opportunities are maximized.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems and track sales progress.
- Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the team to align sales strategies and share market insights.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to assist in product or service enhancements.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in **domestic sales** (any industry).
- **Communication Skills**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** - both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and effective customer interactions.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive business through inbound/outbound calls.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**:

- **Graduation** is mandatory (any discipline).
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to manage customer data efficiently.
- **Personality Traits**:

- Energetic, self-motivated, and driven by results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
