- Must have excellent knowledge in configuring Jira workflows, Permission schemes, Notifications schemes, customize Screens schemes, field configuration, Issue security schemes.
- Good knowledge in configuring the Jira Plans (Advanced roadmaps)
- Must have in-depth knowledge in writing JQLs.
- Must have experience in Plugins like Rich-filters, Zephyr scale other Plugin management.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge on integrating Jira with other tools.
- Good knowledge in creation Automations.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent customer communication
