» **Date**:10 Sept 2025 **Location**: Vadodara, GJ, IN, 389350 **Company**:Hero Motocorp **Function** - Operations **Pay Band** - E4 to M2 **Role** - "As a TM/Line In charge - you will be a part of Engine Plant -aluminium phase department and will report to Section Head of aluminium Phase.Your role will be: - Shift production in-charge in Aluminium Phase operation. - Meet Daily Production Target of Engine components produced in Aluminium Phase with optimum utilization of resources. **A purpose driven role for you** - Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to - Preparation of all the documents related to DWM & their analysis e.g. control charts, Process sheets, Inspection sheets and machine check sheets. - Daily Monitoring of Prod.
