**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers as per the Companies Act, 2013
- Support in drafting and filing ROC forms and returns
- Prepare board resolutions, minutes of meetings, notices, and other secretarial documents
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and FEMA (if applicable)
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments
- Assist in annual filings, incorporation, and other company law-related activities

**Requirements**:

- Passed CS Executive (Semi-Qualified CS)
- Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and related laws
- Proficient in MS Office and MCA portal
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Prior internship or work experience in a CS firm will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
