Responsibilities - Draft legal opinions, applications, petitions, and other legal documents as required. - Assist in preparation and filing of statutory documents, ROC forms, and annual returns. - Support members in handling SEBI regulations, corporate governance, and compliance matters. - Draft and maintain minutes, resolutions, and secretarial records. - Conduct basic research on company law, insolvency & compliance Assist in trademark law - Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities for routine correspondence. Qualifications - Pursuing or completed CS (Executive or Professional level) from ICSI. - Basic understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance. - Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
