**JOB SUMMARY***:
The Resource Mobilization Officer - Outreach, will work closely with Sr. Manager-Individual Resource Mobilization and will be responsible to identify outreach opportunities for our face-to-face fundraising team to acquire quality individual donors. These opportunities can be in collaboration or partnership with Corporates, Malls, Office complexes, IT parks, residential areas, Flea markets, special events, trade shows, etc. S/he will be also responsible for Individual donor acquisition through face-to-face, and digital marketing campaigns.
S/he will also provide oversight to the expansion of regular donors and HNI donors across our operations in India through outreach.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be responsible for managing, training, coaching, and developing 4-6 outreach coordinators.
- Develop a roadmap to create opportunities for the Face-to-Face fundraising team, to acquire individual donors.
- Co-create fundraising themes and outreach engagement activities for shopping malls, business parks, and corporate offices with the help of a communication team.
- Organize fundraising outreach activities in Corporates, Malls, Office complexes, IT parks, residential areas, Flea markets, special events, trade shows, and others.
- Conduct research and develop a database for the organization, of Corporates, Malls, Office complexes, IT parks, residential areas, Flea markets, special events, trade shows and
- Research and create an Event Calendar about various relevant events taking place where ChildFund India can raise funds.
- Participate in different fundraising forums and events where we have the opportunity of networking and collaborations.
- Undertake monitoring and evaluation of fundraising activities and achievements related to agreed targets and cost/ income ratio. / Quality of Event. / Number of Donors. / No. of Realization.
- Achieve annual fundraising income targets in line with the long and short-term goals and objectives of the organization.
- Find other sources and channels of fundraising to ensure the departmental ROI.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.

**Qualification/Experience/Competencies**:

- Graduate with at least 4 years of experience in fundraising outreach and events.
- Strong communication skills (Both verbal and written) in Hindi and English. The ability to communicate in the local language is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and target oriented.
- Demonstrable success in delivering a successful fundraising campaign.
- Gender-sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and disadvantaged children.
- Organized, team player, self-starter, and results-oriented individual.
