**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Generate engaging content including text, image, and video for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, and foster positive interactions with our audience.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and contests to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track key performance metrics, analyze data insights, and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Recommend innovative ideas to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- **Adherence to Brand Guidelines**: Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and company values.
- **Monitoring Competitors**: Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the social media landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,476.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
