**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and factory teams.

Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to delivery

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and customer demands

Work closely with the design team to ensure products are meeting customer expectations and quality standards

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of raw materials

Plan production schedules and manage the production process to ensure on-time delivery

Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability of products

Manage logistics and shipping, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods

Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and optimize profits

Travel to customer sites and trade shows to showcase products and develop relationships with customers

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field

3+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the home goods industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Location: Greater Noida

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
