. Job Description
The role would be responsible for:
1 Coordinate for the receipts of material at the gate.
2 Check the Material received against the PO and System entry.
3 Post Quality Control Approval, unload the vehicle.
4 Provide details (hard copy) to the Purchase team of the receipt of the material.

Coordinate for essential documents like Purchase Order with Purchase team, Delivery challan,
Eway Bill /Online E-way bill with Accounts department
6 Update the GRN in TCS Ion and tally data with hardcopy details for reconciliation.
7 Ensure that the Raw material and Consumables is updated and maintained in System.

Ensure that inward register is maintained with proper entries on same day of the Stock arrival
in Stores to maintain real time stock.
9 Timely Updation in stock Inventory.
10 Timely Preparation of GRN requisition
11 Timely FIFO card preparation and updation.

Evaluate and maintain Raw material and Consumables - current stock v/s required stock.
Where-ever Stock Inventory goes below a certain level Prepare Indent and process it to Purchase
Department.
13 Preparation of Scrap Challan twice a month.
14 Followup on shortage of material with Stores Department.
15 Assess the Pending orders raised and Update the MIS.

Hardware & stationery requirements assessment & indenting to be followed by raising the
request to Purchase department.

Any other job assigned by Management from time to time depending on Company’s
requirement.
18 Ensure support to all colleagues as and when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
