**Job Overview**:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations at a

Gated Community. This includes managing a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of the Gated Community, and implementing security policies and procedures.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Supervise the security team to ensure that all security operations are performed effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the site, in line with industry best practices.
- Conduct security risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage access control systems to ensure that only authorized personnel are granted access to the construction site.
- Monitor the CCTV surveillance system to identify potential security threats and respond to

incidents in a timely manner.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports documenting the findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular training and drills for the security team to ensure that they are prepared to respond to security incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of security operations, including incident reports, training records, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Monitor and manage the security budget, ensuring that expenses are in line with the approved budget.

High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant security certifications or training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a community site environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team of security personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of security policies and procedures, and experience in developing and implementing security plans.
- Experience in conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation plans.
- Proficient in the use of security equipment, such as CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to security incidents or emergencies in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of security operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

**Ex-servicemen** with computer literacy are preferred for these positions.
