**: Visa Manager**
**Line Management**:The Visa Manager reports to the CEO of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess an in-depth understanding of the requirements and procedures for obtaining student visas and assist students in completing all necessary forms accurately.
- Maintain a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and other related requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to students.
- Employ exceptional written and verbal communication skills to correspond with students, parents, educational institutions, and relevant authorities in a clear and professional manner.
- Pay close attention to details and conduct thorough research to ensure accurate information is provided to students, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Continuously strive to improve and update knowledge in the field to provide the best possible service to students.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in the requirements and procedures for obtaining student visas in various countries.
- Strong communicative skills with a proactive attitude to engage effectively with students and other stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of immigration laws, procedures, and related requirements.
- Familiarity with travel laws and regulations of different countries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented and research-driven individual, committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and stay informed about industry updates.
- Customer-service oriented approach with a genuine desire to assist students in achieving their academic goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Trivandrum, Kerala (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
