Job timings:

- 09:00 am to 18:00 pm

**Responsibilities**:
1. VPN Setup / Internet & Local Network:

- Configure and manage VPN solutions to ensure secure remote access.
- Maintain and optimize local network infrastructure for efficiency and performance.

2. Premises & Surveillance:

- Oversee the installation and maintenance of surveillance systems on-site.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.

3. Access & Permission Management:

- Manage access controls and permissions for Google Cloud, CRM, and ERP Next.
- Regularly review and update user access rights.

4. Local Hardware Support:

- Provide technical support for local hardware issues, including desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware malfunctions.

5. Server Setup & Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform regular backups, updates, and security assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication or Networking.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT networking and support.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of VPN technologies and network configuration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) and software like CRM and ERP Next.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and network issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
