**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will manage incoming customer calls, assist with software inquiries, and follow up on payment-related matters. Your role is vital in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining effective communication between our clients and CDT Software and Support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Incoming Calls Management**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, reflecting our commitment to customer service.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- **Customer Assistance**:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our software solutions, offering guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Educate customers on our diverse services, including marketing strategies, CCTV products, and software development.
- **Payment Follow-Up**:
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and provide information on payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-up actions taken.
- **Documentation**:
- Document customer interactions and update our database accordingly.
- Prepare reports for management on customer issues and payment status.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
Pay: ₹11,342.14 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (preferred)
Work Location: In person
