_**Job Title: Foreman Carpenter**_

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of carpenters and laborers on construction sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Plan, assign, and review work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, formwork, cabinetry, and finish work.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and laborers.
- Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors on-site.
- Order and manage materials and supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Senior Carpenter (5+ years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with residential and commercial construction.
- 12th Pass out
- Familiarity with digital project management tools or construction software.
