_**Job Title: Foreman Mistri**_

**Location**: Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Assign duties to masons, carpenters, laborers, and other tradesmen.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain proper records of labor attendance, material usage, and work progress.
- Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and compliance.
- Monitor material inventory and inform the site engineer for any shortages.
- Solve on-site issues and ensure smooth work progress.
- Report daily progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction or civil works.
- Strong knowledge of masonry, formwork, concreting, plastering, and finishing work.
- Ability to read basic plans and layouts.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and ability to enforce them.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
- Basic literacy and communication skills

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with both residential and commercial construction.
- Previous experience as a lead mistri or foreman on the projects.
