**What is The Role**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve their understanding and execution of Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that product backlogs are prioritized, well-defined, and ready for sprints.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Promote a culture of continuous growth by regularly tracking team progress and supporting improvement efforts.
- Foster open communication and transparency within the team and with business partners.
- Guide the team in achieving high performance while maintaining focus on business objectives.
- Work closely with IT leadership to align Agile practices with organizational goals and deliverables.
- Regularly share project updates—such as sprint progress, team velocity, and key metrics—with the team to keep everyone informed.
- Assist in identifying dependencies, risks, and challenges, providing solutions to mitigate them proactively.

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced IT environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within and across teams.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in DevOps or IT operations.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with BigQuery, ServiceNow, and/or Mulesoft.
- Advanced certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.
- Background in IT project management or technical leadership roles.
