Knowledge of Application Transport and Network Infrastructure protocols. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

Network Troubleshooting using packet capture and Analysis using tools.

CCNA Certification is added advantage. Hand On Experience in installing, Maintaining windows 2008, 2012 &2016 Serve Environment. Knowledge in active directories (AD),VMware, Hyper-V ,Domain Controller, DHCP & DNS.

Strong Knowledge in Win 10 Pro.MS Office 2013, 2016,0365,MS Projects, MS outlook & Microsoft 365 for mails access.

Windows server and Desktop patch update testing.

Antivirus Patch Management & IT Hardware Inventory Maintenance. Strong Experience in System Hardware & Printer Services. Storage & Backup Maintenance.
