Telesales Executive

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Tele caller** / **Cold Caller** to join our sales and lead generation team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead qualification, and client engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce our IT services, AI/ML solutions, and staff augmentation offerings.
- Research and identify potential business clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and interest in our services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Strong command of English (US/UK clients) and/or Hindi (Indian clients).
- Ability to research and identify potential clients using online tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
