Salary & Incentive Structure

Base Salary
- Monthly Salary: ₹16000 - ₹20,000

Incentives
- Per Lead Incentive: ₹100 per lead above the daily target
- Monthly Target Achievement Bonus: ₹5,000 for achieving 140 leads in the month
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₹10,000 for consistent quarterly achievement (420 leads)

Expected Earnings Potential
- Monthly: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 (base) + ₹5,000 (target achievement) + additional incentives
- Annual Total: Base + bonuses + incentives (approx. ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 annually based on consistent performance and achievement of targets)
Responsibilities

1. Calling: Reach out to at least 240 prospects daily.

3. Data Management: Track all leads and calls in the CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.

4. Weekly and Monthly Reports: Update the management with lead generation performance.

5. Rest, all regular terms and conditions of employment apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)
