We are looking for a Course Counselor/Advisor with prior work experience in the training industry. The person should be goal-oriented and should possess excellent communication skills.

**Role**:Course Counselor

**Shift**: Day Shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire new customers using referrals and other schemes
- Generate revenue by nurturing customer relationships and promoting our courses.
- Proficient in CRM management
- Enhance business sales through collaboration, market analysis, and competitor evaluation
- Expertise in upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Drive initiatives for product refinement and enhancement
- Maintain regular follow-ups with both new and existing customers

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Excellent communication skills
- 2-5 years of Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably within the Education industry
- Experience in selling software products/services is advantageous

**Desired Skills**:

- Enthusiastic and target-driven
- Strong communication abilities
- Background in Education industry sales preferred
- Proficiency in selling software products/services is a plus
- Good to know multiple languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam
