Key Responsibilities
- **Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging interior design lessons and workshops.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote respect and discipline.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update curriculum plans, lesson plans, and instructional materials for interior design courses.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry standards and educational best practices.
- Incorporate hands-on projects, design software, and technology to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments, projects, and evaluations to measure student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify and address individual learning needs and provide additional support to struggling students.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full academic and creative potential.
- Foster a supportive and safe learning environment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with trends, developments, and best practices in interior design and education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies.
- **Parental and Community Involvement**:

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
- Engage with the community to promote the school's interior design program.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Interior Design or Education is preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design practice or teaching.
- Experience teaching at the secondary or post-secondary level is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
