**Role Overview**

We are seeking an energetic and driven **Market Salesman** to expand and penetrate the market for our own brand, BORGO, across Ludhiana. The role demands a proactive approach to developing new business, building relationships, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets, similar to FMCG field sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Penetrate the market and expand the reach of BORGO brand products.
- Identify and appoint distributors to achieve primary sales.
- Visit retail outlets, distributors, and new clients daily to build strong customer relationships.
- Practice excellent customer service soft skills.
- Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage orders, ensure timely deliveries, and assist in payment collections.
- Maintain territory mapping and customer database.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on new product launches and promotions.
- Provide market feedback for product development and pricing strategies.
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, garments, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Ludhiana.
- Good knowledge of Ludhiana markets and retailer network is preferred.
