**Job Role: Debt Collector & Loan Sales Executive**

Maintain professionalism and follow debt laws while meeting customers.

Close at-least 70% of the target given on weekly basis before end of Business on Saturday.

Payout: Payout will be commission based

**For Debt Collection**: Payout will be 10% of the total debt collected. Paid on monthly basis.

**For Loan Sales**: Minimum Loan Requirement should be 1.5 Lakhs. Payout will be slabs based.

Loan Approved Amount:

- 1.5 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs - Payout of Rs.4000/
- 5 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs - Payout of Rs.7000/
- 10Lakhs to 25 Lakhs - Payout of Rs.12000/
- 25 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs - Payout of Rs.20000/
- 50 Lakhs to 1Cr - Payout of Rs.40000/
- 1CR - 1% of the Approved amount.

Payment 15 days after approved amount has been credited to the customers account.

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
All Field executives are required to wear masks while meeting customers to safeguard themselves and the customers from any possible infections.
Maintain a distance of at-least 2 feet while talking to the customers.

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Debt Collection: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
