**Main Responsibilities: -**
- Customer complaints/queries are handled and resolved over the phone.
- Problem Solving
- Providing clients with the most up-to-date information on products and services.
- Maintain and manage a thorough understanding of the whole product and service line.

**Eligibility Requirements**:

- Team work
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
- Active listening and the ability to explain clearly

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
