Extrusion Supervisor

**Job Title**: PVC Fabrication Extrusion Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the PVC extrusion team to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the extrusion and fabrication processes.
- Monitor extrusion machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet customer and industry standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely upkeep and repair of machines.
- Train new operators and improve skills of existing team members.
- Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and material usage.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in PVC extrusion manufacturing unit.
- Strong knowledge of PVC processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Hands-on experience with extrusion machines, fabrication tools, and measuring instruments.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
