**Position Overview**:
Baoiam is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience in sales, providing an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients, generating leads through various channels.
- Develop relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Work towards achieving set sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving to meet and exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales approaches and techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, updating CRM systems, and preparing regular reports on sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
